You will commit to making EMPOWERING lifestyle changes weekly
to improve your fertility chances...

Week 2
You meet Dr. Ruberu for a 30 min Coaching Appointment to review any
questions you had about Modules #1 and #2.
We review the goals created during the 1st session and
continue to move forward on accomplishing your Personal Fertility Plan.
We will review any bloodwork that has come back from both of you and focus on
another awesome lifestyle change that will drastically improve your health.
You watch Modules #3 and #4 of the Fertility Solved Course where you will learn
"All About Tests and Charting" (This is where the real fun begins!!)
Week 3
We have another 30 min coaching appointment to review any
questions you had on Modules #3 and #4.
We review the goals created during the 1st and 2nd sessions and
continue to move forward on accomplishing your Personal Fertility Plan.
We will review any bloodwork/imaging studies that have resulted
and focus on another awesome lifestyle change
that will drastically improve your health.
You watch Modules #5 and #6 of the Fertility Solved Course where you will learn
"All About Treatments & Natural Alternatives"
(This is where we implement everything we have learned!!)
Week 4
We meet for a 30 min coaching appointment to review any
questions you had on Modules #5 and #6 .
We review the goals created during the 1st 3 sessions and
continue to move forward on accomplishing your Personal Fertility Plan.
We will review any bloodwork/imaging studies that have resulted
and focus on yet another awesome lifestyle change
that will drastically improve your mood and focus.
We will discuss continued monitoring options until you achieve Pregnancy
and throughout your Pregnancy .
